Returns & Exchanges

At Rolling Loud, we want you to be fully satisfied with your festival gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
